Whether in business or sports or arts, all the things never improve without true growth as a human. So-called master always don't have deep attachment to own. Is it maybe a consequence to be continuing the effort without mine until his presence is vanished? Or another consequence that's battling himself as enemy is in mine? Further so-called master's common thought is "kindly for people, severely for mine." Serious kindness to people follows sacrifice that linked to own severity. Therefore, it actually can say that kindness to people is maybe own severity too. But to myself, it maybe just a thought of natural human being as a man. Isn't it basic human being he got in the battle of effort against human limit? "Spoiling" is a beginning of corruption. "Spoiling" makes an expert for an excuse. And a man is born who's kind to own and sever to people. Not according to Edison's word, "Talent is 1%, and effort is 99%", effort is all the factors of decision making without a word. But, the effort is not only "technique" even "heart" training is also necessary as a human for the best result. "Heart" should be more important, because "heart" uses "technique." Isn't improving "technique" like two wheels with fostering "heart"?

People are apt to train only shortsighted "technique." If not train own "heart", the "technique" will die. The master's "technique" is alive.
