A new born baby can understand only own things. Even in school, there are many people who understand only own things. Maybe a school is self-center world about study can understand only own things. However in our real society, such thought is not functioning very well, because we can't live without money even one yen. Living in society means to get money to serve for others. Also nobody pays for only the effort of services for others. It could be paid for the result how much useful of it. That's the severity of society. There is no place accepting a spoil. Because, a spoil is a laziness and unfairness. People will never accept such way. A society must be a place to cooperate, not spoil each other. But the cooperation is a consequence, actually we compete to give a joy for the people. And this is the system that a loser must disappear in this competitive world. Also, if didn't get an attraction, that courses a boycott from human society, even performing a good work. It's not for society, because we never go to a bad feeling store. Every human has different value and favor. Company's job is searching how to get the satisfaction thoroughly to conceive about it. As most different point to school, the living in the society must need to identify a personal pleasure in the social level.

It's not guaranteed a person who got great result in his school becomes successful. It should say a reverse value, because a school must effort for own, but a society must effort for others.
