The Meaning Of WORKING

Working to satisfy yourself is a hobby.
Working to satisfy others who pay you is WORK.
As for hobby, you yourself decide if it comes up to the standard or not. You are free to take a rest or quit. You have the liberty to do whatever you like. Nobody can complain or grumble to you. You will be indulged in your world of self-satisfaction.
However, no one will pay you for it. That is, since you can't live without money, you can't live by working as a hobby.
WORKING means that you ask other people to decide from their sense of values if what you have done is worth paying for. Besides, it is up to the payers to decide if they will ask you to do it again or not. That is to say, it depends on how well you can understand their sense of values. Without the ability to understand, you can't give them satisfaction.
You can't force your customers to come to your store even if you have good and inexpensive goods. It is entirely up to your customers.
They will give you money not for what is right or not but for getting satisfaction.
The difference between a hobby and WORK depends on who you give priority to, yourself or others who pay you. There might be a natural rule that you will get a big reward when you work hard putting greater emphasis on people you work for.
Moreover, doing your best to understand them will make you bigger. Doing your utmost to satisfy them will make you more thoughtful and enrich your mind.
You could get something more greater than money by WORKING.

People think they don't need you if you don't work with pleasure.
WORKING means you offer joy through your skill and thoughtfulness and that you improve yourself.
If you work just for money, you will get smaller.
