Why Developing the Ability of Staff? (Part I)

When we think of a company, we consider the office building or the notability.
However, we should not identify a company with the building or the notability.
I think the essence of a company is the staff, because the building or the notability depend on them.
In a professional baseball team, the result of a game depends on the contribution of the players.
In a company's case, the company will soon grow bigger and bigger by adopting competent staff. On the other hand, incompetent staff will only press the company. Success of the company relies on the staff.
It is never too much to say that all for company is staff.
So baseball teams and companies contend for talent. It is not easy to find a competent person.
If an organization can't find anyone of talent, it can't help but foster the present staff. Diamond never glitter unless it was polished. Without that, the company will be sure to ebbs.
"Competent" means the capability of working and the goodness of personality. I think competent staff is the person who has the these factors.
The company will be sure to grow bigger with the staff growing, if it endeavors to develop the ability of the staff.
I think that the most important theme of company is making the system which foster the talent of staff while they are working.



Whether a company succeeds or fails depends on the staff. If a company is engaged only in pursuing the present profit and it does not to develop the ability of the staff effectively, the company will necessarily be collapsed.
