Some people feel it unacceptable that there exists the one who is superior to them. In species, the strong animal want to attack other stronger ones and to keep the post as a boss in its group. That's why there have never been "progress" or "development" in the animal world for thousands years. It is said that the gun men in American Western could never live more than 35 years old. It's because, even if they come to be stronger, they are killed by much faster shooter. The way of life that you protect yourself by drubing others is the most barbarous. But recent human beings came to live in the way of protecting themselves by aiding others. Now's the time when politicians as well as businessmen do their best for helping and pleasing others. Human being might, at last, find that those who can be pleased by others only be prosperous. However, we are still contending with superior others and drunbing or destroying them like animals in inner world in order to keep our status. That's the reason why countries or companies can't get better. It's said that Carnegie, who could obtain the most wealth in the world, made a stone monument for himself during his living and inscribed to it; "Here lays the man who had the fate of gathering the superior people to himself". You have to gather more talented persons in order to expand your organization. Such way of thinking comes to be a common sence. You should not circumvent the superior one but help him or her growings. And more, you should earnestly learn things from him or her. I think that if you practice these things, any organization to which you belong are sure to develop.
