By any means

When we play a sport, we can perform beyond the limits of our natural talent if we have the faith and tenacity to win at all cost.
The most important factors in winning at sports are surely skill and good judgment. It's true to say though that we can achieve better results if we combine these qualities with spiritual effort.
The desire to succeed at all costs can generate a spiritual strength that can lend us "the power to move mountains." We shouldn't limit this spiritual resource just to games or competitions but make use of it in our daily lives.
Now, what about the case of business?
If you run a business with the sole motivation of pursuing profit and try to make money by any means, your customers will run away.
To make a profit you will have to really please your customers. The more you please them, the more your customers will trust you, and this will bring you prosperity.
If you want to win at a particular game, you will need to focus intense effort into your practice. The will to win needs to be cultivated in your practice rather than displayed just in the game itself.
In short, to achieve anything, there is always an obstacle that has to be cleared before the goal is reached. So, the most important consideration is how to clear the obstacle.
As the saying goes, "do your best and leave the rest to providence." In sports, doing our best means practicing hard, while in business it means pleasing our customers day in day out.
After all, to win, or make a profit, should be the natural results of our efforts and not our primary objectives.
Often in life people tend to see only the final visible results of things and not the unseen causes. We should try to remember that the outcome of a game depends largely on practice and preparation.

The results of a game can be predicted by looking at practice and preparation. Similarly, the future success of a business can be judged by customer satisfaction.
