Companies are groups of professionals

When we watch professional baseball and soccer games, the players look like they're enjoying themselves and having fun. TV personalities and flight attendants also seem to work with joy and an interest in their jobs. It might seem to us that these professionals have very easy and pleasant jobs.
However, when they started out, for example when sportsmen first join a team and start to receive coaching, many of them must have been surprised by the severity and difficulty of the training and felt like running away.
The same thing applies to companies. Any company which is growing strongly has some people who are known as professionals. And every profession has its own strict rules. So new employees who have a spoiled attitude, must be shocked and feel like running away when they first start working.
They come to realize how severe and hard the work really is, although they believed, while they were outside the company, that the workplace would be enjoyable and full of fun because everyone seems to be enjoying working in a stimulating environment.
This must be commonly seen in all growing companies.
Unless it is staffed by a group of professionals with unique talents and skills that can't easily be copied, a company cannot continue to thrive in the competitive corporate arena.
If there is a workplace where freshmen can enjoy their work from the beginning, that means anybody could do the required work. Therefore, such companies would never be able to outdo their corporate competitors.
If you want to join a group of professionals in a growing company, you should be prepared to go through a period of severe training.

People who continually keep seeking out the ideal job will still be looking at the end of their lives.
