Enjoy Everything in Life

The human brain has the sensitivity to enjoy a variety of things. However, unless we use it, our brain becomes dull and retrogressed.
Some people enjoy their hobbies, saying, "Today is Sunday. How wonderful!" On the other hand, others spend Sunday idly at home, saying, "What's good about it?"
Some people enjoy their meals. Others seem to eat for the sake of eating without having any particular feeling.
Some people work mechanically, thinking nothing, like robots. Some people just endure work.
Working becomes more and more interesting if you do it using your brains and with curiosity. It would, on the other hand, breed stress and exhaust you, if you do it by sacrificing yourself and feel pain.
Depending on your ingenuity and efforts, you can enjoy whatever work you are given.
Some jobs might be better done with the feeling we get when we are enjoying our
Sunday hobbies, or a friendly meal.
Some jobs might require of us the type of concentration we use when enjoying playing on our own.
Some forms of enjoyment are communal and others are solitary, and there are a number of different ways of enjoying things when we add both.
Considering that we can enjoy things in a variety of ways, how wasteful it is not to develop the ability of enjoying things.

A better way to enjoy life in many ways may be to start learning to change our mindsets.
