Making two become one

There are two things in the world that are vitally important.
One is to feel happy oneself. The other is making others happy.
By becoming good at feeling happy you will be healthy in both body and mind.
And, by becoming good at making others happy you will have more good luck.
Take self-centered persons as an example. When they try to become good at feeling happy themselves, they are able to feel happiness at first. However, this happiness will gradually fade away because stress also gnaws at them. Soon they will be unable to feel happy, even if they try to be. I think this is because their minds become ill.
Of course, it's important to feel happy yourself. If you continuously believe that it is more important to make others happy, you yourself will come to experience a great way of feeling happy, that is "sharing happiness with others."
There are two kinds of smiles, too. One is a self-centered smile that reflects only that person's happiness. The other is a smile that takes into consideration the feelings of others. And the second one is the better.
This comparison also applies to drinking and eating. Good beverages and good dishes are more enjoyable when other people enjoy them with you. It may be that the better you become at making others happy, the better you will be at feeling happy yourself.
When you get better at making others happy, you will be able to see yourself from the perspective of other people. This allows you to see clearly what you should do to make others happy.
The more clearly you can see what you can do for others, the busier you will become, and this will lead to a wealth of business opportunities.
Only those of you who truly know the way of making your clients feel gratitude toward you can succeed in business.
We may be able to say that the happiness you have after making a profit is the natural fruit of your achievements for which your clients have gratitude.
There may be no happiness that only you can enjoy, either at work or at home.

Self-centered people feel more stress.
Those who are stressed have a stern look on their faces.
On the other hand, the faces of mentally and physically healthy people are serene.
