Recruiting Staff

One of the most important conditions for a company to grow successfully is that it be blessed with talented employees.
On the other hand, one of the factors causing a company to go bankrupt is that it has too many employees who do not make a profit.
As personnel costs make up the largest share of a companyfs expenditure, it is natural that a company will go bankrupt if such employees cause a loss to the company.
Another thing I must add is that, since all companies are run by people, there will naturally be differences in every aspect of management between a company operated by capable people and one operated by incapable people.
Therefore, it may not be an exaggeration to insist that a company must, even if it uses most of its profit for recruitment, do its best to search for talented prospective employees.
What qualities, then, must a capable person have? Firstly, this person must have the gcapability of doing good jobh and ga good personality.h
Those who can do a good job but have problematic personalities are useful once in a while but will invariably cause trouble later.
On the other hand, it is often said that no one is more troublesome for an employer than an employee who only has a good personality but is incapable on the job.
To achieve success in a job the keenness and strength of demons is indispensable. As to personality, being gentle and amiable like the Buddha or the gods is necessary. Donft you agree with me that those who have a good balance of these two qualities can be called good employees?

It is often said that a talented employee is only one in a thousand. Therefore, whether or not one is successful in recruiting employees is a matter of probability.
I would like to add one important consideration, however. Even though a company has a group of good employees, if it finds difficulty in filling the vacancy that occurs when one of them quits, the company is always potentially in a state of danger.
To ensure that a replacement is always found at once, you should choose very average people and train them to replace the good employee. If a company has been making enough such effort, I believe that it may be reassuring for the company.
In the final analysis, the technique by which a company trains its employees may decide its fate.
